Breakfast was hot and good. Room was clean , bed was comfy. No noise from the hall, highway sounds of course. Easy access from the highway. Parking plentiful.

My friend and I just came up to Duluth for a little leaf peeping and relaxation. The hotel was a little ways from everything but the price was good so we opted for price. We were very happy with our stay, the room was great, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional!! And...the staff was great!! So friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay with you there again!!

Beds were comfortable and clean and soft. Room and bathroom were clean. Soaps provided were good quality. I had trouble with the tub filling with water taking my shower but I may have not flipped the tub/shower switch correctly. Average hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs. Undercooked potatoes. Sausage and waffles good. There were cereal choices yogurt and fruit. Good coffee.

The location is perfect, easy on and off the highway and close to downtown shopping area. The hotel Is clean, staff is friendly and the check in/out process is so quick using the links they text you after reserving the room. The discount tickets for the aquarium was a bonus! I will stay at this hotel for every trip to Duluth. Very happy with Comfort Inn West.

Location was good and close to a lot of sites and activities, there were a lot of good options for breakfast, and it was very clean all over the hotel (rooms and common areas).

The facilities were very nice and there was attention to detail that I appreciated such as a make up mirror in the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was pretty good. It had a waffle maker scrambled eggs sausage and good bagels and pastries.

The property was well-kept and very clean. The rooms were quiet. The pool area was very well maintained for how busy it was. The breakfast was nice, with lots of variety. The fresh-baked cookies at the entrance was also a lovely touch!
